Implementation English Teacher’s Creativity in Transition Period at Junior High School

Implementation of face-to-face learning during the transition period makes students confused and tends to be passive when carrying out in class. That was because previous carried online tended not run effectively so it necessary apply teacher creativity classroom increase student understanding activity. This study aimed analyze how teachers implement their towards post-pandemic transitional period. Embedded mixed methods were used as a research design where qualitative data became main while quantitative supporting data. The English junior high school is choosen subject. Data collection are using self-rated questionnaire, observation, in-depth interview. For technique researcher assess by assigning point each statement on sheet observations. results show that 1) Teachers tend meet criteria being creative implementing fall into unlikely category creativity. who uncreative can make more difficult understand class, especially previously learned less through platforms now switching which requires them subject matter well.
